pandorabeauty.com is dedicated to providing our Clients with an outstanding shopping experience.  If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, UNUSED/UNOPENED product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the Order Process Date (shown on the order packing slip) for a refund of your payment.

 

When processing your return, please note the following:

 

·         All returns must be Pre-Authorized by our Customer Service Department.  Returns will NOT be accepted unless you first email us at support@pandorabeauty.com for a refund authorization.  Customers will receive a response to their authorization request within 3 business days of receipt of your email.  You MUST include your order number in the body of your email.  pandorabeauty.com will take care of the rest.  Again, we must receive all products within 30 days of the Order Process Date (shown on the order packing slip) for a refund of your payment.  Please ensure that the order number is legible on the outside of the shipping box your returned item(s) are contained in. 

 

·         If a Customer places an order incorrectly, selects the wrong item(s), or changes their mind regarding a purchase that has already shipped, the payment of shipping costs for the original order as well as shipping costs for return of said item(s) topandorabeauty.com, will be incurred by the Customer.  pandorabeauty.com accepts no shipping liability for Customer errors.

 

·         If the Client places an order withpandorabeauty.com and subsequently receives the wrong product(s), they should request an authorization for a refund at support@pandorabeauty.com .  Customer should not use these products or open/tamper with the packaging.  pandorabeauty.com will initiate a return authorization for the UNUSED/UNOPENED product(s), and also incurs the cost of the Client’s return shipment.  The Client should include their receipt for shipping costs in the return package (the Customer can also scan the receipt and email it to us at support@pandorabeauty.com ), in order for us to issue a refund for your round-trip shipping costs.  The Customer will also be refunded the payment for the incorrect product.  The refund will be placed to Customer’s credit card within 14 business days of receipt of the returned package.

 

·         For all packages lost by the USPS YOU the Client must take up your claim with the USPS aspandorabeauty.com doesn't insure packages unless otherwise requested by the customer.  Every item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.  Hence if you receive an item(s) that were damaged during the shipping process you must contact the USPS and file your claim.  Again all package insurance costs are absorbed by PANDORA BEAUTY, thus PANDORA BEAUTY is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged item(s). 

 

pandorabeauty.com will issue refunds to the Customer’s credit card within 14 business days of receipt of the returned package; however, the credit may not appear on your billing statement until [your] Financial Institution’s next billing cycle.  You may need to contact them via phone or email to ensure that the refund payment has been received and processed.  Please be patient; if you do not view your refund on your next billing statement, or after contacting your Financial Institution, please feel free to contact Our Customer Service Department concerning your credit.

 

Appliances

 

All Appliance sales are FINAL!  Appliances sold by pandorabeauty.com are accompanied by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, which are good for at least one year from the date of purchase.  Customers are advised to read the Warranty card upon receipt of purchased appliances and to follow any conditions or requirements stated therein.  Customers should also save all Sales receipts and/or proof of purchase, in case they’re required by the Manufacturer (e.g., the Appliance requires service).  All appliances shipped by pandorabeauty.com have been thoroughly tested to ensure they are in proper working condition. 

 

The ONLY exception to the Final Sale policy for Appliances is that, upon initial purchase and use, the Appliance fails to operate.  Should this be the case, Customers must immediately contact us at support@pandorabeauty.com to advise us of existing issue(s).

 

Hair Care, Cosmetics, Skin Care & Nail Care

 

Pre-Authorization is required for returns of Hair Care products, Cosmetics, and Skin/Nail Care products.  Please be aware that pandorabeauty.comwill not accept returns on these items once they have been used.  Unused items will be fully refunded if they are returned within 30 days of the order Process Date.  If it is determined that a Hair Care, Skin or Nail Care product or any Cosmetics have in fact been used, or tampered with, or if packing seals have been removed or items are not in their original packaging, a refund payment will NOT be authorized.

 

Please also note that all Professional Hair Care Treatments, i.e., Keratin Treatments, Brazilian Treatments or any Treatment stating that it is for “Professional Use Only” are Final Sale.  There are no exceptions!

 

Hair Color, Hair Brushes, Hair Accessories, Tweezers & Scissors & Depilatories

 

Product control and Health restrictions prevent the return of Hair Color products, Hair Brushes, and other Hair Accessories, Tweezers, Scissors and Depilatories.  Therefore all sales for these items are Final!  Again, there are no exceptions.

 

Clients are further advised to ship any items they wish to return via insured, traceable shipping methods.  pandorabeauty.com recommends UPS or USPS (confirm their specific shipping and insurance policies).
