We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned, no exceptions. Returned merchandise should include the items in their original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please check all items upon receiving them to ensure they are in working condition. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise no exceptions.
All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department. You will not receive a refund for any items returned without our prior approval. For return authorization please contact us via phone at 1-855-332-3288 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return and be as detailed as possible. Customers will receive a response to their request within a short period of time. Once a return request has been authorized, you will receive a form via email that you must print and include in the package you are returning. You will not receive a refund for any items returned if your package does not include this form. Please note any items that we receive that were damaged during transit will not be refunded.
If a customer places an order incorrectly, selects the wrong item(s), or changes their mind regarding a purchase that has already shipped, the payment of shipping costs for the original order as well as shipping costs for return of said item(s) to Pandora Beauty, will be incurred by the Customer. Pandora Beauty accepts no shipping liability for Customer errors. When in search for a specific packaging we urge you to contact us prior to placing your order. Pandora Beauty holds the right to ship out an items latest packaging if that is all that is available. Please follow all steps for return listed above.
If the customer places an order with Pandora Beauty and subsequently receives the wrong product(s), Pandora Beauty will incur the cost of the customer's return shipment and the cost of shipment of the correct product to the customer. We only deal with the United States Postal Service and currently they do not offer pre-paid labels. Whatever it costs you to ship the item(s) to us would be refunded to your credit card upon receiving the package. If we do not have the correct item in stock we will apply a refund for the item plus the postage you incur to send the incorrect item back to us. Refunds will be applied within 14 days once the return has been received. Once the refund as been applied it can take your credit card bank up to 30 days to post the refund to your account. If we ship an order to you and it is not delivered within a period of 14 days and the USPS has not updated the package tracking as delivered, please contact us. In this rare occurrence, the USPS may have mishandled your package. Even though the package may eventually arrive to your home, if the situation permits, we will send out a replacement order. All we ask is for your honesty if and when the original order is delivered to your home, please have it returned to us. If you do not have your order and the USPS has updated the package tracking as delivered, you must contact your local post office. We do not insure packages unless you ask us to. Pandora Beauty does not assume any responsibility for lost/stolen packages that the USPS has updated as delivered.
